The Offer:
First pair: Any progressive or single vision lens from the above options.
Second pair: Can be the same as your first pair or lower. It can be also be from the Sun Intelligence™ range.
(Additional fee to add a Sun Intelligence™ tint).
Third pair: Choose the same offer again, or Driver Intelligence™ Night lenses or Computer™/ Workspace™ lenses
HOW TO ORDER
Shamir online (SOL) makes second & third pair ordering even easier, no more codes! SOL will automatically only show the options included in the offer, reducing the margin for error. Please speak to your ALC to get the ordering system. When placing an order, if the lens combinations selected are available within our second/third pair offer, as you click ‘send’, an automatic message will appear asking if you would like to place the second/third pair order now or later (within 30 days).
If you click ‘now’, it will generate a new order with the same job reference and patient prescription from the first order (this cannot be amended). You will then find that the lens combinations have been automatically filtered to what’s available within the second/third pair promo.
To place the second/third pair order later, you must go to the ‘list’ menu and find the original order and click the second/third pair button next to it. You may then proceed to place the order with the filters automatically applied as
mentioned above. If you are unsure how to order or the lens you want are not shown please contact our customer service team at cs@shamirlens.co.uk
Please note that after 30 days, the second/third pair button will disappear from next to the order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The first pair must be from the Autograph™ family (progressives) or Single vison RX & above. The second/third pair must be ordered within 30 days of the first and be the same design and index or lower. If a progressive was ordered as the first pair, a single vision cannot be ordered as the second/ third pair. Transitions & Photoglamour™ is only available on the second/ third pair if it was ordered on the first pair and all pairs must have either a Glacier Expression™/ Metaform™ coating, or Glacier Sun UV™ if ordering Polarised or Photoglamour™. Any sun lenses must be from the Shamir Sun Intelligence™ range for the offer to apply. All orders must be placed on Shamir online unless it is a glazing order. The offer price cannot be retrospectively applied on orders already placed. For glazing orders please make sure the reference used for the patient is the same on all orders.
