HOW TO ORDER
With the new Shamir online (SOL) when placing an order, if the lens combinations selected are available within our second pair offer, as you click ‘send’, an automatic message will appear asking if you would like to place the second pair order now or later (within 30 days). If you click ‘now’, it will generate a new order with the same job reference and patient prescription from the first order (this cannot be amended). You will then find that the lens combinations have been automatically filtered to what’s available within the second pair promo. To place the second pair order later, you must go to the ‘list’ menu and find the original order and click the second pair button next to it. You may then proceed to place the order with the filters automatically applied as mentioned above. Please note that after 30 days, the second pair button will disappear from next to the order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The second pair must be the same design or lower than the first pair and must be the same index or lower. The more expensive option must be the first pair and both pairs must have either a Glacier Expression or Metaform coating. The first pair must be from the Autograph family (progressives) and is not inclusive of stock (single vision). The second pair must be ordered within 30 days. Transitions or Polarised is only available on the second pair if it was ordered on the first pair. If a progressive was ordered as the first pair, a single vision can’t be ordered as the second pair. Shamir reserve the right to remove this promotion at any time.
